Sometimes, when people call The Lynn Fee Team, they ask me a very straightforward question:
“If we hire your team, will we actually be working with you?”
It’s a fair question. You may have been referred to me by a friend, followed our listings for years, or remembered a conversation we had somewhere around town. When you make that call, you want to know who will be helping you with one of the biggest decisions of your life.
If you’ve asked to work with me, I want you to feel comfortable about what happens next.
You’ll work with me and a trusted partner from my team. We’ll explain how we work together from the beginning, and we’ll stay with you throughout your move.
That partnership is an important part of how I work—and why I believe we serve our clients so well.
TL;DR
- You’ll still work directly with Lynn. She remains involved throughout your move, working alongside a trusted team partner.
- Two experienced Realtors provide more support. You have two people who understand your goals, property and priorities when making important decisions.
- The team handles the behind-the-scenes details. Marketing and administrative staff coordinate photography, staging, appointments, paperwork and deadlines.
- Personal relationships remain at the centre. You’ll know who is helping you, how to reach them and what to expect throughout the buying or selling process.

Why I Bring a Partner
I rarely work alone. When we meet, I’ll usually bring a partner, such as Tracey or my son, Torrin.
These are highly experienced Realtors I know well and trust. We work closely together, and each of us brings something valuable to the conversation.
Having two people who know your home, understand your priorities and are familiar with your plans makes a big difference. We can talk through pricing together, consider the feedback we’re receiving and help you weigh your options when an offer comes in.
It also means you have another familiar person to reach when I’m in an appointment or helping another client.
You know that person because we’ve been working with you together.
A Relationship That Continues
I understand why some people prefer the idea of hiring a solo Realtor. There’s comfort in knowing who you’re calling, and feeling that someone understands your situation.
That matters to me, too.
You shouldn’t have to keep explaining your plans to different people. You shouldn’t wonder who is responsible for your sale or purchase. And you should NEVER feel that the person you chose has stepped away once you’ve agreed to work together.
When you work with me and my partner, that relationship continues. Bringing a partner into the process allows us to give you more attention and support while I remain involved.
We’ll also talk about how you prefer to communicate. Some clients like phone calls. Others prefer texts or emails. Whatever works for you, we want you to feel comfortable asking questions and confident about who to contact.
What the Rest of the Team Adds
There’s a great deal of work behind a successful move, much of it happening between the conversations you have with your Realtor.
Preparing a listing involves coordinating staging, photography, video and marketing materials. Once a property is on the market, there are appointments, enquiries, feedback, paperwork and deadlines to manage.
Our marketing and administrative staff help keep those details moving. That gives your Realtors more time to focus on you: discussing the right asking price, reviewing offers, negotiating and helping you make decisions.
For you, the benefit is practical. Several things can move forward at once, with people taking responsibility for the work they do best.
And when extra help is needed with an appointment or showing, we have colleagues we trust to support us. Your ongoing relationship with us stays in place.
Is a Team Better Than a Solo Realtor?
There are excellent solo Realtors, and working with one can be a very good experience. The size of the business alone won’t tell you how well you’ll be looked after.
What matters is who you’re hiring, how they work and whether they follow through.
Ask who will be involved from the beginning. Ask who will advise you on pricing and offers, how you’ll receive updates and what happens when someone is unavailable.
You deserve clear answers before you make a commitment.
At The Lynn Fee Team, I’ve built our approach around the personal relationships that have always mattered to me, supported by people whose experience and care I trust.
After more than 22 years helping people buy and sell homes in Grimsby, I know that every move comes with its own circumstances. Sometimes there’s excitement. Sometimes there’s uncertainty. Often there’s a little of both.
Knowing you have people beside you who understand those circumstances can make the whole experience feel more manageable.
Let’s Talk About Your Move
If you’d like to work with me, please tell us when you call.
I’ll introduce you to the partner who will be working alongside me, and we’ll explain what you can expect from us. You’ll have a chance to ask questions and get comfortable with the people helping you.
My name is on The Lynn Fee Team, and the relationship behind that name matters to me. I’m proud of the people I work with and the care we bring to our clients together.
We’d love to hear what you’re planning.
